Property Management Supervision

I work with your Landscaper, Snow remover, Cleaning crew and Contractors so you don’t have to. I am a licensed Realtor/Broker and able to negotiate your lease renewals, usually at no additional charge. As a Realtor/Broker I can list your available space and advertise on my website as well as other forms of online search engines. My sign in front of your building will attract drive by prospective tenants. Fees for this service apply and cooperating brokers will be paid through my fee. Tenant Finish – I will work with your General Contractor(s) and Handyman to make sure that your Tenant Finish is done in a workmanship like manner and keep you informed of any problems. I will work with your tenants informing them by email of any upcoming events or scheduled maintenance. Your tenants will call or email me with any problems so you don’t have to deal with it.

As an owner of 9 commercial office buildings of my own, I got into Property Management by accident. I do things differently. Your best references are your current and past tenants and although it is not possible to please 100% of the people all of the time, it is always my goal to please as many tenants as possible while keeping my budget in line. I find that spending a little on getting repairs done for current tenants keeps them in your building and keeps you from having to pay new commissions when a tenant moves out. In the long run everyone is happy and your building is looking great!
